At Within the Studio, our pilates practice is built on the core 6 principles with thoughtful instruction, and a refreshing modern take. Every class is led by a comprehensive certified instructor with 450+ hours of training, creating a supportive environment where you can move with confidence.
We offer a range of classes to meet you where you are—from Intro classes that focus on foundations and alignment, to Flow classes that connect movement and breath, to Reformer Sculpt for a stronger, more athletic experience. Across all class styles, we emphasize proper technique, intentional pacing, and awareness, so each session feels both effective and sustainable.

Intro to Flow
Step into the world of Reformer Pilates with a class designed to help you feel confident, connected, and strong from the very start. This beginner-friendly session introduces you to the fundamentals of Reformer movement—focusing on alignment, breath, core engagement, and smooth, controlled transitions.

Reformer Flow
A grounding Reformer flow focused on alignment, stability, and smooth, continuous movement. Expect thoughtful sequencing, deep core engagement, and a steady pace that strengthens the body while calming the mind.
Our 450+ certified instructors will guide you through a flow that matches the energy of the room, while staying true to the principles of the practice.
Reformer Sculpt
A strong, strength-focused Pilates class that uses the Reformer and props to elevate the practice and build power, precision, and deep core strength. Expect targeted sculpting sequences, slow controlled reps, and a steady burn that challenges every major muscle group while keeping movement intentional and aligned.
Great for someone who feels confident on the reformer and is ready to level up to an athletic practice or a great mix in with other class formats to add strength training into your week!
Mat Flow + Meditation
A grounding, full-body mat Pilates class that uses the Reformer as your mat and blends strength, mobility, and mindful breathwork. Expect a smooth, dynamic flow that builds heat, deep core connection, and stability throughout the body. Class winds down with a guided meditation to help you reset, release tension, and leave feeling centered from within.
Mat Sculpt
A strong, full-body sculpting class that uses the Reformer as your mat to build power, stability, and deep core strength. Expect controlled, muscle-burning sequences, dynamic use of props to elevate the practice, and a steady flow that challenges every major muscle group while keeping alignment and form at the forefront.
Jumpboard
A fun, low-impact cardio Pilates class that uses the jumpboard to build power, endurance, and core strength. Expect rhythmic jumping, dynamic leg work, and a fast-paced flow that gets your heart rate up while staying gentle on the joints.
