We all have a story, this is ours…
It’s May 24th, 2024 at 5:30 am. Olivia is pulling a wagon filled with a green striped umbrella, speaker, her mat & a class plan (that she ran through 3 times the night before). It's the start of Rise Pilates Club and she's hoping just one person shows up to her first beach pilates class. Fast forward a year and a half, 45,000+ attendees, a Today Show appearance, countless early mornings, passion & tears later, the story of Within the Studio begins.
In a continued effort to provide accessible wellness tools to as many people as possible, Olivia went back to where her life began, the northwest side of Chicago, Edison Park. Within the studio is a safe space, a curated environment that promotes intentional movement, healing from the inside out, community & the love of pilates at its core.
Within is home to intimate group reformer and apparatus pilates classes, thoughtful 1:1 & duet training, community & mindful events.
We are so excited you’re here and hope you find exactly what you’re seeking—within the studio, and within yourself.
About Olivia
Lead instructor and Founder
Hi I’m Olivia, owner and founder of Within the Studio, Within the app & Rise Pilates Club!
What started as a personal journey to heal my anxiety and depression from the inside out has transformed into a lifelong mission to bring these tools to the world around me, in an accessible and sustainable way. After completing my 500 hour comprehensive pilates certification, I began paving a new road for my life.
Within the Studio is my heart and soul turned into a physical space meant to be occupied by those seeking connection to self, intuitive movement, and community. I am honored to bring this space to the neighborhood I was born and raised in, Edison Park Chicago.
I can’t wait to move with you either in the Studio, on our App or at a Rise Pilates Club event soon!
Sending all of my love, Liv

Rebecca found Pilates in 2022 while addressing chronic back pain. What started as a search for relief became a practice that transformed how she moves, feels, and shows up in her body. That experience inspired her to become an instructor and shaped the way she teaches today, with a deep understanding of what clients are actually looking for when they walk through the door.
Rebecca’s classes are smart, intentional, and welcoming. She creates a space where people feel seen right away and confident enough to work hard. Her cues are clear, her corrections are thoughtful, and her energy is calm and motivating. Clients can expect to leave her classes feeling stronger, more aligned, and proud of what their bodies can do.

Sophie fell in love with movement at an early age. Growing up a dancer she was exposed to Pilates early on and has always loved the practice. She is committed to sharing her love of movement with everyone. After her class you are sure to feel like you are ready to tackle the day and stand up an inch taller.
